Arete Pinnacle Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 17th March 2025

Welcome to Arete Pinnacle Consulting. By engaging with our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services Arete Pinnacle Consulting provides business consultancy services, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational analysis, and business development support. Specific services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

2. No Guarantee of Results While we strive to provide high-quality consulting and actionable insights, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All decisions and actions taken based on our recommendations are the sole responsibility of the client. Arete Pinnacle Consulting will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use of our services.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the consulting engagement. Collaborate in a timely and professional manner. Implement recommendations at their own discretion and responsibility.

4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest paid in full.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of the consulting relationship.

6. Intellectual Property All materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided during the engagement remain the property of Arete Pinnacle Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials strictly for internal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arete Pinnacle Consulting's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for those services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the consulting agreement by providing 31 Day written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments Arete Pinnacle Consulting reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
